Molecular Imaging of Dynamic Cellular Processes

To investigate the interdependence of different cellular processes, multiple targets need to be observed simultaneously. Therefore, in-depth study of these processes often requires higher spatial and temporal resolution to disentangle individual components and their causal relationships. Advanced fluorescence microscopy technologies such as super-resolution microscopy, multiplexing strategies, and fluorescence lifetime imaging open up new doors. We generate dedicated tools and imaging strategies to maximize the information output of these technologies and to make them available to a broader audience.
